Delivery Timeframe:

If Your Order is Delayed:

  • If the estimated delivery time has passed, we recommend contacting the local postal service (Correios) to check the status.

  • If the postal service does not have your package, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with our suppliers.

  • If a logistical issue is confirmed, we will process a FULL REFUND after verification.

Tracking Information:

  • Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

  • For bank slip (Boleto Bancário) payments, bank processing may take up to 5 business days before shipment begins.
